well, the topic i presented on was " whether managers can create satisfied employees" haha
listed some ways how managers can improve job satisfaction.. eg. fair pay scheme and mentally challenging jobs.. and supportive environment and colleagues... which one u lacking? on the other hand, i said employee job satisfaction is genetically determined too.. if u're not happy with yer current job.. u are unlikely to be happy with the next one.. wat u think? =P
got back my ca1 for hrm oso.. not too badly done i guess... but now need to focus on group project for hrm.. sigh.. waste alot of time.. alot of things to come up by wed..
